Description

There is nothing like massaging your skin with this oil right out of the shower, to deeply nourish your skin and ground your body in Earth medicine. The oil has a subtle yet complex fragrance, that reminds the nervous system instantly of the interconnectedness of our existence to the rhythms of Sun, Soil, Water, and Air.
- Massage a liberal amount of oil onto the skin while skin is still damp from bathing. Take a generous amount of time and be intentional with your massage. Allow yourself to breathe deeply and be fully present to the experience of massaging your skin with this precious herb infused oil.
- Massage dry hair and scalp with a liberal amount of oil. Tie hair up and wrap in a towel/cloth that you do not mind staining with oil. Let the oil soak in for as long as you can tolerate (I aim for 4 hours or overnight). To remove, first wash with shampoo and as little water as possible. Then do a second shampoo to fully remove the oil.
- Add the oil as the oil in your salad dressing recipe or drizzle over steamed vegetables. Safe and delicious to eat, albeit a bit bitter!
